Shipping & Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days

International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Xách is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@xach.us. We will do our best to update the address before shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at support@xach.us for assistance.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, but we will work with you to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
